At Satori, we want you to love your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, worn items, washed items, or damaged returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist based on inventory availability.
